From 23rd to 27th of October 2017, is going to take place in Rome the first training of Voyce Project: “Innovative tools for the validation of competences in volunteering”.
At the training will participate 25 youth workers coming from Italy, France, Spain, Portugal and Poland. The participants are going to learn how to use two experimental tools for the validation of young volunteers’ competences created by the organisations that are part of the symposium of Voyce Project.
The first tool is the manual, a practical tool used by organizations to bring out and validate the learning acquired by their young volunteers. The second is an interactive online platform that besides offering the opportunity to carry out also on a digital support the pathway already established in the manual, will offer features to promote connections between young people and companies.
The training will make an extensive use of methodologies of active education where the workers will experience the same techniques and group dynamics they will likely apply with young volunteers once they are going to be back in their countries. The feedback from this practical experiment are also going to be useful for Voyce Project in order to refine the model.
